Redeterminations of Consolidated Returns. In the event of any adjustments in a Final Determination for a Consolidated Return, Xxxxxxxx shall make corresponding adjustments to the related WPX Pro Forma Consolidated Return and WPX Pro Forma Combined Returns consistent with the procedures described in Article II of this Agreement. Within thirty days after such adjustment, Xxxxxxxx or WPX, as appropriate, shall make additional payments to the other party reflecting such adjustment.
