Reduced Documentation. The MCO must include the following in the member’s file: a. Evidence that the IDT contacted or made reasonable attempts to contact the member within three (3) calendar days of re-enrollment and evidence of a completed health and safety assessment as required by Article V. Sec. F.2.c. b. Any updates the IDT makes to the most recent comprehensive assessment conducted per Article V. Sec. C.1.
