Common use of Reduction of Funds Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Funds. The maximum amount authorized by the contract shall be reduced or contract terminated if required by Federal or State of Utah law, regulation, or action or if there is significant underutilized of funds. However, the contractor shall be reimbursed for all services performed in accordance with this contract prior to the date of notification of the reduction or termination. If funds are reduced, there will be a comparable reduction in the amount of services to be given by the contractor. Davis County will give the contractor 30 days notice of reduction.
