Common use of Reduction of Matching Funds Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Matching Funds. The Grantee agrees that no refund or reduction of the amount of matching funds may be made unless, at the same time, a reduction of the proportional amount of the [SGIP or ATGP] Funding provided is made to SANDAG in order to maintain the Maximum Percentage(s) of SANDAG Participation.
