AUL may reduce or waive the amount of the Withdrawal Charge or the administrative charge discussed in Section 6.3 where the expenses associated with the sale of this contract or the administrative costs associated with this contract are reduced, or where this contract is sold to the directors or employees of AUL or any of its affiliates, or to directors or any employees of the AUL American Series Fund, Inc.
