Reduction Order. A. Reductions shall be made through attrition to the extent possible. B. If additional reductions are needed, limited contract teachers shall have their contracts suspended in accordance with seniority within the teaching certification(s) to be affected by the layoff. The employment date will be verified by Board of Education official minutes. C. If further reductions are necessary, continuing contract teachers shall have their contracts suspended in accordance with seniority within the teaching classification(s) area affected by the layoff.
