Reductions in Teaching Load Clause Samples

The 'Reductions in Teaching Load' clause defines the circumstances under which a faculty member's required teaching hours or course assignments may be decreased. Typically, this clause outlines specific conditions such as administrative duties, research commitments, or special projects that justify a reduced teaching schedule. By clearly establishing when and how teaching responsibilities can be lessened, the clause ensures fairness and transparency, helping to balance faculty workload and support institutional priorities.
