REDUCTIONS OF AGGREGATE COMMITMENT. If any reduction in the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment or the Letter of Credit Commitment occurs between the date of this Assignment Agreement and the Effective Date, the percentage interest specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 shall remain the same, but the dollar amount purchased shall be recalculated based on the reduced Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment or Letter of Credit Commitment, as the case may be.
