Redundant Capability. First Data shall establish and maintain Alternative Facilities with Redundant Capabilities for all critical systems and applications for immediate use in the event of a Disaster. First Data shall have guaranteed availability to the Alternative Facilities at all times. In addition, First Data shall establish and maintain Replacement Facilities for critical systems and applications and plans to complete transition from the use of Alternative Facilities to Replacement Facilities with Redundant Capability for all critical systems and applications in no more than *** weeks following the declaration of a Disaster.
