Reefer Containers. Except where other unions now have jurisdiction, the work of plugging and unplugging reefer containers aboard vessels is not to be performed by other outside persons, such as ship’s crew, provided that agreement can be reached regarding minimal ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and agreed hours of the ILA labor.
Reefer Containers. LGICT shall take reasonable steps to ensure that refrigerated containers provided by LGICT to the Customer shall be sound and fit for purpose. Subject always to this obligation, LGICT shall not be responsible for malfunction or breakdown of a refrigerated container.
