Common use of REEMPLOYED VETERANS Clause in Contracts

REEMPLOYED VETERANS. Effective December 12, 1994, the requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 will be complied with in the operation of the Plan in the manner permitted under section 414(u) of the Code. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, Contributions and Eligibility Service with respect to a person who has engaged in qualified military service will be provided in accordance with section 414(u) of the Code.
