Common use of Reentry Clause in Contracts

Reentry. If Tenant fails to allow Landlord to reenter and repossess the Premises, Landlord shall have full and free license to enter into and upon the Premises with or without process of law, for the purpose of repossessing the Premises, expelling or removing Tenant and any others who may be occupying or are otherwise within the Premises, removing any and all property therefrom and changing all door locks of the Premises. Landlord may take these actions without being deemed in any manner guilty of trespass, eviction or forcible entry or detainer, without accepting surrender of possession of the Premises by Tenant, and without incurring any liability for any damage resulting therefrom, including without limitation any liability arising under applicable state law and without relinquishing Landlord’s right to Rent or any other right given to Landlord hereunder or by operation of law or in equity.
