Common use of Reentry Clause in Contracts

Reentry. If Tenant fails to allow Landlord to reenter and repossess the Premises, Landlord shall have full and free license to enter into and upon the Premises with or without process of law, for the purpose of repossessing the Premises, expelling or removing Tenant and any others who may be occupying or are otherwise within the Premises, removing any and all property therefrom and changing all door locks of the Premises.
