Common use of Reference for determination Clause in Contracts

Reference for determination. If the Dispute or any part of the Dispute cannot be resolved within ten Business Days of the Dispute being referred in accordance with Clause 25.2.2 above, then either Disputing Party may require that the Dispute be referred to an Expert for determination in accordance with Clause 25.4.
