Reference prices. 1. The Community and Swiss domestic reference prices for agri- cultural raw materials mentioned in Articles 3 and 4 are listed in Table III.
Reference prices. Within thirty (30) days of the end of each of calendar year 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, Seller shall notify Purchaser of the Reference Price for the applicable calendar year, which Reference Price shall be calculated as set forth in the definition of Reference Price. Included with the notice, Seller shall provide Purchaser with an explanation of its calculation of the applicable Reference Price.
