Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement; Confirmation of Guarantors. (a) On and after the effectiveness of this Agreement, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by, and after giving effect to, this Agreement.
Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement; Confirmation of Guarantors. (a) Except as specifically amended herein, all Loan Documents shall continue to be in full force and effect and are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.

(a) On and after the effectiveness of this Agreement (and with respect to the Delayed Amendments, on and after the Post-Amendment Effective Date and, with respect to the Agency Replacement Amendments, the Agency Replacement Effective Date), each reference in the Amended Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by, and after giving effect to, this Agreement.
Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement; Confirmation of Guarantors. (a) On and after the effectiveness of this Agreement, each reference in the Amended Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by, and after giving effect to, this Agreement and each reference in the Pledge Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Pledge Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Pledge Agreement, as amended by, and after giving effect to, this Agreement (as so amended, the “Amended Pledge Agreement”).
