Reference to Mediation, Arbitration or Litigation. (1) Any dispute or difference between the parties arising out of or relating to or in connection with this Agreement including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be resolved either by reference to mediation, arbitration or by court proceedings as elected by the Employer.
