Reference to the Amended Agreements. On and after the Effective Date, any reference to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “hereunder” and words of like effect in any Amended Agreement, and any reference to any Amended Agreement in any other agreements will mean and be a reference to such Amended Agreement, as amended by this Agreement, as applicable.
