References -10 Points. Respondent must provide at least five (5) references of clients to which it has provided services similar in scope, size, and complexity to the work requested by this Solicitation within the last five (5) years. Preferable, such references should be representative of Florida public agencies for which the Respondent has provided similar services within the last ten (10) years. Please include a fully completed Form A-14 for those projects to be verified as references.

  • Construction; References; Captions Since the Parties or their agents have participated fully in the preparation of this Agreement, the language of this Agreement shall be construed simply, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any Party.
