References; Construction. (a) Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meaning ascribed to them in the Separation and Distribution Agreement. (b) The words “hereof,” “herein,” and “hereunder” and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. (c) The terms defined in the singular have a comparable meaning when used in the plural, and vice versa. (d) References to any “Article” or “Section,” without more, are to Articles and Sections to or of this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated, clauses beginning with the term “including” or similar words set forth examples only and in no way limit the generality of the matters thus exemplified.
