Aircraft Livery. The aircraft livery shall be as follows, unless otherwise directed by Continental: The colors blue, xxxx, white and gold are used on the aircraft. The color white appears on the top approximate 2/3 of the body of the aircraft; the color xxxx appears below the color white on the remainder of the bottom portion of the body of the aircraft; the color gold is used as a stripe or band dividing the white and xxxx colors. The tail of the aircraft is primarily blue with a logo design in a gold and white combination and the trade name is written in blue on the white portion of the body of the aircraft. The color blue is the dominant aircraft interior color.

Interior décor shall be as directed by United. There shall be no Contractor Marks displayed on the aircraft exterior or in the aircraft interior, including without limitation any marks on any backwall or cabin separator. All aircraft delivered per Schedule 1 shall be delivered in United livery as of the Actual Delivery Date. If Contractor does not deliver aircraft in United livery on the Actual Delivery Date, then Contractor agrees to backfill the aircraft and its associated lines of flying at no additional cost to United while the scheduled aircraft is being painted. For avoidance of doubt United will incur no additional ownership and United will not reduce lines of flying to accommodate paint.
Aircraft Livery. The Covered Aircraft will be painted in accordance with the designs shown on Schedule 3 to this Exhibit C at RAI’s sole cost and expense.
Aircraft Livery. Gulfstream shall initially utilize only Beechcraft 1000-X/X/X, XxXxxxxxxxx-0, XxXxxxxxxxx-0 and Embraer 120 aircraft on Codeshare Flights. Gulfstream agrees to consult with Northwest prior to implementing new aircraft types into its fleet if such new aircraft type will be used on Codeshare Flights; provided, however, that in no event shall Gulfstream operate any type of aircraft that is not in compliance with the provisions of Section 13 hereof. Aircraft livery shall be in the current Gulfstream colors, and may be modified by Gulfstream upon prior written notice to Northwest.

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

Lessor and Lessee intend that the lease of the Aircraft effected by this Agreement shall be treated as a “wet lease” pursuant to which Lessor provides transportation services to Lessee in accordance with FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1).
