Common use of References to Airport Clause in Contracts

References to Airport. Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Director, reference City or the Airport for any purpose other than the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, nor will Tenant do or permit anything in connection with Tenant’s business or advertising which in the judgment of City may reflect unfavorably on City or the Airport, or confuse or mislead the public as to the relationship between City and Tenant.

References to Airport.
