Common use of References to Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

References to Other Agreements. Any reference in this Agreement to another agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to such agreement and all amendments made thereto in accordance with the provisions of such agreement (including changes to section numbers referenced herein) as of the Effective Date. Where a term used in this Agreement is defined by reference to the definition contained in another agreement, the definition used in this Agreement shall be as such is defined in the applicable agreement as of the Effective Date.
