Hobart Exception Sample Clauses

Hobart Exception. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 12.1 to 12.4, if the Village of Hobart becomes a Subsequent Customer, the Authority shall not require the Village of Hobart to pay the additional costs, rates and charges set forth in Sections 12.2 to 12.4, with the exception that the Village of Hobart shall be required to pay for the cost of an appropriate meter and meter station as specified by the Authority. In no case, however, shall the Subsequent Contract with the Village of Hobart provide rates, charges or terms lower or more favorable to the Village of Hobart than those provided in this Contract for Charter Customers.
