Common use of References to the Securityholders Agreement Clause in Contracts

All references in the Securityholders Agreement to "this Agreement", and to all other words referring to the Securityholders Agreement (such as "herein", "hereto", "herewith" and "hereunder"), shall be deemed to mean and refer to the Securityholders Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
