References to Agreement The words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereunder”, and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole.
References to Agreements Unless otherwise stated, any reference in this Agreement to any agreement or document (including any reference to this Agreement) shall be construed as a reference to: (a) such agreement or document as amended, varied, novated or supplemented from time to time; (b) any other agreement or document whereby such agreement or document is so amended, varied, supplemented or novated; and (c) any other agreement or document entered into pursuant to or in accordance with any such agreement or document.

To Agreement Company may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Website and revisions will be indicated by date. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Company Services after any such modification becomes effective. Company may also, in its discretion, choose to alert all users with whom it maintains email information of such modifications by means of an email to their most recently provided email address. References to Regulations Any reference in this Exhibit B or the Agreement to a provision of proposed and/or temporary Regulations shall, if such provision is modified or renumbered, be deemed to refer to the successor provision as so modified or renumbered, but only to the extent such successor provision applies to the Partnership under the effective date rules applicable to such successor provision.)
References Generally References in the Credit Agreement (including references to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby) to “this Agreement” (and indirect references such as “hereunder”, “hereby”, “herein” and “hereof”) shall be deemed to be references to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the Union and the employees and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining. 1.02 The parties to this Agreement share a desire to improve the quality of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and to promote the well-being and increased efficiency of its employees to the end that the people of Canada will be well and efficiently served. Accordingly, the parties are determined to establish, within the framework provided by law, an effective working relationship at all levels of the Agency in which members of the bargaining units are employed.
