REFERRAL ANNOUNCEMENT. 16.1 When an End User Customer changes from CenturyLink to CLEC, or from CLEC to CenturyLink, and does not retain its original main/listed telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to the End User Customer will provide a transfer of service announcement on the abandoned telephone number. Each Party will provide this referral service consistent with its tariff. This announcement will provide details on the new number that must be dialed to reach the End User Customer.
