Common use of REFERRAL ANNOUNCEMENT Clause in Contracts

REFERRAL ANNOUNCEMENT. When a Customer changes its service provider from Ameritech to Consolidated, or from Consolidated to Ameritech, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement ("Referral Announcement") on the abandoned telephone number which provides details on the Customer's new number. Referral Announcements shall be provided reciprocally, free of charge to both the other Party and the Customer, for the period specified in 170 IAC 7-1.1-11(I)(3)(a) and (b). However, if either Party provides Referral Announcements for a period longer than the above period when its Customers change their telephone numbers, such Party shall provide the same level of service to Customers of the other Party.

REFERRAL ANNOUNCEMENT. When a Customer changes its service provider from Ameritech CBT to ConsolidatedICG, or from Consolidated ICG to AmeritechCBT, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement ("“Referral Announcement"”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides details on the Customer's new number. Referral Announcements shall be provided reciprocally, free of charge to both the other Party and the Customer, for a period consistent with the period specified in 170 IAC 7-1.1-11(I)(3)(aMinimum Telephone Service Standards (“MTSS”), i.e., “... ninety (90) and (b). days for all customers.” However, if either Party provides Referral Announcements for a period longer than the above period when its Customers change their telephone numbers, such Party shall provide the same level of service to Customers of the other Party. Business customers will receive referral service for main listed telephone numbers. Additional numbers can be referred at an additional charge.

Referral Announcements shall be provided reciprocally, free of charge to both either the other Party and or the Customer, for the period specified in 170 IAC 7-1.1-11(I)(3)(a) and (b). However, if either Party provides Referral Announcements for a period longer than the above period respective periods when its Customers change their telephone numbers, such Party shall provide the same level of service to Customers of the other Party.

When a Customer changes its service provider from Ameritech to ConsolidatedFrontier, or from Consolidated Frontier to Ameritech, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement ("“Referral Announcement"”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides details on the Customer's new number. Referral Announcements shall be provided reciprocally, free of charge to both the other Party and the Customer, for the a period specified in 170 IAC 7-1.1-11(I)(3)(a) and (b). However, if either Party provides Referral Announcements for a period longer different (either shorter or longer) than the above period respective periods when its Customers change their telephone numbers, such Party shall provide the same level of service to Customers of the other Party.
