REFERRAL OF DISPUTES TO ARBITRATION. 2.1 Either Party may, by written notice, require that the Dispute be resolved by arbitration pursuant to Section 3. Such notice will not be effective unless it indicates it is a notice to arbitrate and is delivered to the other Party and provided further that such notice expressly identifies the specific Dispute that is to be the subject of the arbitration.
