Referral of Disputes to Expert Panel. If a Dispute cannot be settled by mutual discussion within thirty (30) Days or such longer period as may be agreed in writing by the Parties after the commencement of such discussions under Section 19.1 (Mutual Discussions), then the Dispute shall be referred to the Expert Panel for determination.
