Referral of Orders and Inquiries. Except as provided in 2.1(c), CIMA shall refer all Persons sending orders or making inquiries regarding the Product within the Territory to Alamo and shall promptly notify Alamo of the name of each such Person and the nature of the inquiry of such Person.
