Referral of Unresolved Disputes. If the designated representatives cannot resolve the dispute within the time period set out in paragraph 6.2(b), either Party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration and resolution in accordance with the arbitration procedures set out below.

Referral of Unresolved Disputes. (a) If the designated representatives of the Parties cannot resolve the dispute within the time period set out in paragraph 6.2(b), either Party may by notice to the other Party submit the dispute to binding arbitration. (b) Except as the Parties may otherwise agree, an arbitration and resolution shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration procedures set out below.
