Referral to debt collection agency. 8.10.1 EK Services employs debt collection agencies to collect Sundry Debt arrears. Debt collectors are not court officials and do not have the same powers as Enforcement Agents therefore, recovery of arrears will be undertaken by; ● Writing to customers to request payment; ● Telephone calls to request payment; ● Visiting customers at their home to talk about how to repay arrears.
