Referral to the Authority. 21.2.1 The following may be referred by a Party to the Authority for determination: (a) any difference or dispute for which a Party is not satisfied with the outcome of a decision under Clause 21.1; and (b) any matter which falls to be referred to the Authority under Clause 6.5.5. 21.2.2 For the purposes of Clause 21.2.1, any question arising as to whether a dispute or difference is one which falls within the jurisdiction of the Authority shall be determined by the Authority.
