Refinancing of Existing Revolving Credit Facility. The Administrative Agent shall be satisfied that, substantially concurrently with the effectiveness of this Agreement, all principal and accrued interest and fees payable to the lenders in respect of the “Revolving Credit Facility” under the Second Restated Credit Agreement shall be paid by the Borrower.
