REFRESHMENT AND LUNCH BREAK. 20.01 An employee will be allowed to have one (1) paid refreshment break of ten (10) minutes during each half (2) of his working shift. 20.02 Regular day shift employees shall be allowed one non-paid half (1/2) hour lunch break near the midpoint of the shift. It is understood that no employee will be required to work more than five (5) consecutive hours without a lunch break.
