Common use of Refund for an unauthorized payment Clause in Contracts

Refund for an unauthorized payment. (1) In the event of an unauthorized payment initiated by a payee under SEPA Direct Debit Service as a result of which the Client’s Account has been debited, the Client is entitled to dispute the payment and request us a Refund for unauthorized transaction. We are obligated to refund the amount debited from the Client’s Account back to the Client without undue delay, no later than the next business day and we shall have no claim against the Client for reimbursement of its expenses.
