REFUND NOTICES. The Custodian also shall mail to each Planholder any notice(s) required by Section 27(e) of the 1940 Act and Rule 27e-1 thereunder (or any successor rule). Such notice(s) shall comply with Section 27(e) and Rule 27e-1 thereunder (or any successor rule) and shall be in accordance with applicable Plan Documents. Such form of notice shall be approved by the Sponsor and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
