Such notice(s) shall comply with Section 27(e) and Rule 27e-1 thereunder (or any successor rule) and shall be in accordance with applicable Plan Documents. Such form of notice shall be approved by the Sponsor and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
