Common use of Refund Obligation Clause in Contracts

Refund Obligation. The Prime Recipient is required to refund any excess payments received from ARPA-E. Upon the end of the project period (or the termination of the Award, if applicable), the Prime Recipient is required to refund to ARPA-E the difference between (i) the total payments received from ARPA-E, and (ii) the Federal share of the costs incurred. APPLICABLE COST PRINCIPLES Cost Principles for For-Profit Entities Pursuant to 2 CFR § 910.352, the cost principles in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (48 CFR Subpart 31.2) apply to for-profit entities.
