Refund of Overpayment. If the Total Compensation for a Parcel as shown on the Final Invoice is less than the amount of the Provisional Payments for that Parcel made by the Purchasers, the amount of the difference shall be paid by the Seller to the Purchasers in accordance with the applicable Purchaser’s Share not later than the fifth Business Day after the Seller has transmitted its Final Invoice.
