Refund of Remaining Security. Following the later of Affected System Operator’s completion of the EPC Services and Transmission Developer’s payment of any final invoice issued under Article 7.1, the Affected System Operator shall refund to the Transmission Developer any remaining portions of its security, except as set forth in Article 6.3. Affected System Operator shall provide Transmission Developer with the refunded amount within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the Parties’ satisfaction of the requirements in this Article 7.2.
