REFUND OF THE EQUIPMENT. At termination of the contract due to a cause different to the expiration of the term, the equipment shall be returned to THE LESSOR in the same state of good operation in which THE LESSEE received it except for the derived natural deterioration of common good use. Refund of the equipment shall be made by THE LESSEE during the five (5) following days to termination, otherwise, it will incur in a daily fine in favor of THE LESSOR. Payment of this fine does not extinguish the duty of returning the leased equipment. The refund will be made in the place that THE LESSOR designates and THE LESSEE shall pay for the expenses this refund causes including those corresponding to removal, transportation and installation.
