Refund Policies. Merchant’s refund policies for American Express purchases must be at least as favorable as its refund policy for purchase on any other Card Brand, and the refund policy must be disclosed to Cardholders at the time of purchase and in compliance with Law. Merchant may not xxxx or attempt to collect from any Cardholder for any American Express Transaction unless a Chargeback has been exercised, Merchant has fully paid for such Chargeback, and it otherwise has the right to do so.

After a participant is accepted into a program, the participant is responsible for procuring all necessary travel documents and correctly completing all required waivers and medical forms. Program participants will not be allowed to travel on their program without the completion of these forms in full. Forms may not be altered.

Refund Policies. I understand and agree that the Academy has fixed and continuing costs that require assured annual income. Withdrawals for any reason will be refunded per the following schedule: • Withdrawal between July 1 and July 30 - will result in a penalty of $1,000.00 plus the $1,000.00 nonrefundable deposit. • Withdrawals between August 1 and August 15 –will result in a penalty of half of the total tuition plus the nonrefundable $1,000.00 deposit • Withdrawal August 16, 2021 and thereafter – no tuition will be refunded • Woodside Montessori Academy shall not refund or cancel the tuition charge, in whole or in part, in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of the student or termination of enrollment for any reason after August 16, 2021. • Woodside Montessori Academy may, at its sole option, forgive and/or refund the prorated tuition for a student less a 10% administrative fee on the outstanding balance in the following circumstances: o When a parent (or guardian) is required to relocate more than 30 miles from the school due to unforeseen circumstances. This refund will not be available except by written request, including evidence of proof of change in residency. o Where the child is deemed by the Woodside Montessori Academy to be an inappropriate match due to age or learning differences for which the school deems it is not equipped to assist. Refund Policies. 1. Refund is on case-by-case basis and is subjected to the nature of the issue and approval by Breakout’s management.
