Cancellation/Refund Policy. A Student wishing to cancel an enrollment or withdraw may complete a Withdrawal/Cancellation Form. Any textbooks and uniform polo shirts that were issued must be returned to the school unused to receive the refund for those items. Written notification may be submitted by email, fax or in person. Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of the first day of class if no written notification is provided by the student.

As such, this school will not: prevent the student’s enrollment; assess a late penalty fee to the student; require the student to secure alternative or additional funding; or deny the student access to any resources (including access to classes, resource area, or other institutional facilities) available to other students who have satisfied their tuition and fee bills to the institution. However, to qualify for this provision, such students may be required to: Produce the VA Certificate of Eligibility (XXX) by the first day of class; provide a written request to be certified; provide additional information needed to properly certify the enrollment as described in other institutional policies. Vocational Training Institute, Veterans Refund Policy complies with 38 CFR 21.4255. In the event the veteran or eligible person fails to enter the course, withdraws, or is dismissed at any time prior to completion, any unused portion of tuition, fees, and other charges is refunded. Cancellation/Refund Policy. The Management reserves the right to cancel exhibit space if full payment is not received by December 11, 2020. Cancellation of exhibit space by Exhibitor MUST BE IN WRITING and MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE 5:00 PM, Des Moines, Iowa time on December 11, 2020, for refund of payment. No refund will be made for exhibit space cancelled after 5:00 PM, Des Moines, Iowa time on December 11, 2020. Exhibitor is responsible for full payment of exhibit space if cancellation notice is not received on or before 5:00 PM, Des Moines, Iowa time on December 11, 2020, even if Exhibitor does not occupy the exhibit space.

The option to cancel a shipping order is available at any time, at no cost and with no cancellation fee, as long as the order has not yet been assigned (dispatched) to a Carrier (transporter). If Customer decides to cancel the shipping order after a Carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched), $199 cancellation fee will be assessed, as our services have been rendered. Any remaining balance will be refunded in full.

a. Approval of the Agreement will be granted with the understanding the city reserves the right to cancel the Agreement, with or without notice, and refund all monies paid in the event the Pavilion becomes unavailable because of some physical and/or hazardous condition.
b. No refunds will be given due to weather situations, as it will be the responsibility of the Lessee to make provisions for rain or severe weather.
