Common use of Refunds and Deductions Clause in Contracts

Refunds and Deductions. If the State determines that the Grantee has been overpaid any grant funds under this Grant Agreement, including payments made inadvertently or payments made but later determined to not be actual and allowable allocable costs, the Grantee shall return to OPB the amount identified by the State as an overpayment. The Grantee shall refund any overpayment to OPB within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the notice of the overpayment from the State unless an alternate payment plan is specified by OPB. Refunds may be remitted to: Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx XX, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, Attention: Coronavirus Relief Fund Payments.
