Other Deductions. Voluntary payroll deductions made to the Union for employee benefits will be submitted at the same time as regular dues deductions. No later than the fifteenth (15th) of each month, the Union shall receive a benefit register for each benefit listing each employee, the amount deducted, and the purpose of the deduction.

The District shall, upon receipt of authorization from an employee, deduct from the employee’s salary and make appropriate remittance for approval insurance plans as noted in Article III, Section 13, tax-sheltered annuities, United Way, or any other plans or programs approved by the Board.

Other Deductions. A. The Board may provide voluntary payroll deductions for other programs it determines to be of benefit to employees. Programs may include, but not be limited to, Credit Union, Tax-Shelter Annuity, LCSB Flex Plan, additional insurance plans, etc.

Upon appropriate written authorization from the unit member, the District shall deduct from the salary of the unit member and make appropriate remittance for annuities, credit union, savings bonds, and charitable donations currently authorized by the Board of Education. The District shall also deduct for additional plans or programs jointly approved by the Association and the Board.

Any deduction in addition to the working dues deduction, initiation fees, remittances in accordance with Clause 5:01, or member benefits as set out in this Clause 3:03, shall be subject to a five dollar ($5.00) processing fee payable by the Artist for each additional requested deduction.

The Board shall allow teachers to make changes in these deductions in any month as long as the Human Resources Office receives written notice prior to the month in which the deduction is to become effective.
Other Deductions. After inspection by owner’s representative, appropriate charges will be deducted for any unpaid sums due under the rental contract, including but not limited to (see #4 and #5 above) damages, repairs or replacement to the unit or its contents. Management agrees that subject to the conditions listed above, the security deposit will be returned in full at the time of move-out. This deposit will be returned to you, in full, if Xxxxx Management denies you. Management also agrees that this security deposit will be returned only if applicant does not meet our screening criteria and/or the income limitations of rental program.
