If DFA determines that the grantee has been overpaid any grant funds under this Grant Agreement, including payments made inadvertently or payments made but later determined to not be actual and allowable allocable costs, the grantee shall return the amount identified by Office of Governor as an overpayment. The grantee shall refund any overpayment within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the notice of the overpayment from DFA unless an alternate payment plan is specified by DFA.
