Refunds and non-acceptance. 7.1 If a Merchant agrees to refund all or part of a Transaction for any reason, the Merchant must carry out a refund Transaction that will then be processed by us and the amount credited to your Account. No other method is acceptable. Unless the law provides otherwise, no claim by you against a Merchant may be the subject of a defence or claim against us.
