Common use of Refusal of Registration Clause in Contracts

Refusal of Registration. The Corporation will be entitled, and may direct the Warrant Agent, to refuse to recognize any transfer, or enter the name of any transferee, of any Warrant on the registers referred to in Subsection y3.1y(a) hereof, or on any branch registers maintained pursuant to Subsection y3.1(g) hereof, if such transfer would constitute a violation of the securities laws of any jurisdiction or the rules, regulations or policies of any regulatory authority having jurisdiction.

Refusal of Registration. The Corporation will be entitled, and may direct the Warrant Agent, to refuse to recognize any transfer, or enter the name of any transferee, of any Warrant on the registers referred to in Subsection y3.1y(asubsection 2.8(a) hereof, or on any branch registers maintained pursuant to Subsection y3.1(gsubsection 2.8(g) hereof, if such transfer would constitute a violation of the securities laws of any jurisdiction or the rules, regulations or policies of any regulatory authority having jurisdiction.

Refusal of Registration. The Corporation will be entitled, and may direct the Warrant Agent, to refuse to recognize any transfer, or enter the name of any transferee, of any Warrant on the registers referred to in Subsection y3.1y(a) subsection 0 hereof, or on any branch registers maintained pursuant to Subsection y3.1(g) subsection 0 hereof, if such transfer would constitute a violation of the securities laws of any jurisdiction or the rules, regulations or policies of any regulatory authority having jurisdiction.

Refusal of Registration. The Corporation will shall be entitled, and may direct the Warrant AgentTrustee, to refuse to recognize any transfer, or enter the name of any transferee, of any Special Warrant on the registers referred to in Subsection y3.1y(asubsection 3.1(a) hereof, hereof or on any branch registers register maintained pursuant to Subsection y3.1(gsubsection 3.1(h) hereof, hereof if such transfer would constitute a violation of the securities laws of any jurisdiction or the instruments, rules, regulations or policies of any regulatory authority (including any stock exchange upon which the Common Shares may listed and posted for trading) having jurisdiction.
