Nurses in the unit who are obligated under this agreement to make, but who refuse after such thirty (30) days’ notice to make, membership or fair share payments to the Association, shall be terminated by the HospitalMedical Center, or shall be allowed to resign with proper notice to the HospitalMedical Center.
