Refusal To Sign Documents. An employees refusal to sign evaluation forms and any disciplinary action forms that may be required/generated under the provisions of this article, shall not constitute any grounds for insubordination or for other action against the employee, when such signature is for the purpose of acknowledging that the document has been read and does not necessarily indicate agreement with its content.
